The topics of discussions during the second edition of the Congress will be, among others, urban agriculture in the face of climate challenges, urban planning and architecture in the face of energy transformation, functional and spatial structure of the city, climate change versus planning and institutional challenges, transport and telecommunications systems in the conditions of climate change, shaping new competences as a foundation for the development of a regenerative city, a city responsible for water, public transport and low-emission zones in practice, climate change and the operation of Functional Urban Areas as well as the regeneration of city in the light of health needs and climate challenges.
