The classes will be conducted in accordance with the current guidelines pertaining to the sanitary regime and the applicable safety rules set out in the Regulation No. 174 of the Rector of the University of Lodz.
The academic year will begin on 1 October 2021 with a ceremonial inauguration. A day later, the classes will begin, which will last until 23 January 2022. Full information on the division of the academic year 2021/2022 is available in the UL Rector’s Regulation No. 150.
Depending on the epidemiological situation in the country, it is possible to apply methods and techniques of remote (online) education in order to ensure full implementation of the planned hours of didactic classes resulting from the study or education curriculum.
Deans of the Faculties or Directors of doctoral schools will make the final decision on the form of organisation of didactic classes in the new academic year. Information on the extent to which online learning will be maintained in a given unit will be posted on the websites of these units.
Changes related to the organisation of didactic classes in the winter semester resulting from the guidelines of the Ministry of Science and Education will be announced on an ongoing basis on the University's website.
