Graduate of University of Łódź (Faculty of Management, specialisation Managerial Accounting). Since the very beginning of his professional career working in finance and BPO/SSC/business support sector. Started his career as a migration team member, transferring processes to one of local SSCs. Later on holding both managerial roles as well as customer service and quality related. Since 2010 works in Nordea, first as manager of one of the department and then in 2011 moving on to the role of branch manager. Polish Branch of Nordea (started in 2010) today employs nearly 5000 people in multiple locations (Łódź, Gdynia, Gdansk, Warsaw). Passionate about photography and culinary arts. Treats coaching and mentoring as preferred means of self-improvement.
