She has over 20 years of experience in managing corporate finances, managing organisations from the modern service sector and business counselling. She was the director of consulting and a leader in the field of counselling for the modern services sector at KPMG. She was the CEO of McCormick, where she built a Shared Services Centre for the Regions of Europe, Far East and Africa. Previously, she was the financial director responsible for creating and transferring accounting processes at PwC in the Central and Eastern Europe Region. Long-term financial director and board member in Avon Cosmetics, Avon Operations, Avon EMEA FSC (Poland and the Nordic countries; supervision over the EMEA region), TNT Express and Abbot Laboratories (Poland and England).
Speaker at many national and international financial conferences and seminars. Author of a number of publications in the field of financial management and transformation in specialist Polish and foreign periodicals (inter alia, Business Services Magazine, C-SuiteNEWs, Gazeta Finansowa, Parkiet, ITWIZ, Finance and Controlling, CFO Bulletin, Punkt Zwrotny KPMG).
She holds an EMBA diploma from the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology. She is a graduate of Organisation and Management at the University of Lodz and has a Master's Degree in financial management at WSZiM in Warsaw.
