Since 1998, she has been responsible for creating and implementing HR solutions and communicating with employees of Pelion Healthcare Group companies – one of the largest capital groups operating in the broader healthcare market in Poland, Lithuania and the United Kingdom. The Group's services cover all segments of pharmaceutical distribution (wholesale, retail and hospital) and are aimed at: patients, pharmacies, hospitals and manufacturers.
Pelion S.A., as a holding company, performs corporate oversight of all areas of the Group's operations, carried out respectively by: Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna S.A. (wholesale), Pharmapoint Sp. z o.o. (pre-wholesale), PGF Urtica Sp. z o.o. (hospital supplies), CEPD N.V. (retail sales) and Pharmalink Sp. z o.o. (services for manufacturers).
For many years, she has been responsible for overseeing Pelion's programme of cooperation with the academic community, including internship programmes in collaboration with the Polish Business Roundtable, universities, and the City of Lodz ("Young in Lodz").
Graduated in organisation and management from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz.
