Tomasz Dąbrowski

CFO, Electrum Holding

Economist, graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz (majoring in Finance and Banking), for 20 years associated with financial market institutions. He possesses experience in diverse areas, including banking, capital markets, corporate management, project management, corporate finance, accounting, controlling, financial planning, investment project analysis, corporate governance, and risk management, among others.

In 1995, he joined Kredyt Bank S.A. Afterwards, he was associated with the Raiffeisen Group for 11 years. From 1996 to 2000 he worked at the brokerage house Raiffeisen Capital and Investment Polska S.A., successively in the Primary Market Department and then as Deputy Director of the Corporate Finance Department. Since 2000, he was associated with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., holding such positions as Deputy Director in the Financial Markets Department and Director of the Private Banking Department; he was also a representative of Raiffeisen Capital Management AG funds in Poland.

From 2007 to 2012, he was Vice President of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of Pentegy S.A. Subsequently, he was associated with the financial law firm Matczuk and Wojciechowski Sp. z o.o. for more than a year. From the beginning of 2013 until the end of May 2016, he was Vice President and CFO of Q Securities S.A. brokerage house, of which he is one of the founders.

During his studies, he co-founded and served as a member of the first board of directors of the PROGRESS Student Research Circle at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz. He is co-founder and Vice President of the FINEXA CFO Association. In addition, he has served as a member and a president of numerous supervisory boards, both of public and non-public companies.
