The number of programmes you can apply to at the UniLodz is unlimited, but keep in mind that a recruitment fee must be paid for each selected programme.
This description should not concern you, as photos will be reviewed during the document submission stage. Only then will they receive the status "Accepted" or "Rejected." If the system does not indicate the reason for rejection, contact the Admission Centre to determine why the photo was rejected. Once you know the reason, replace the photo with an appropriate one.
The recruitment fee must be paid during the online registration period, in accordance with the recruitment schedule.
The order of registration for programmes does not matter. Candidates are admitted according to the admission rules adopted by the Senate of the UniLodz, which do not include registration order as a criterion.
Candidates with a Polish secondary school certificate or a Polish diploma enter their results themselves. For candidates with foreign documents, the Admission Centre calculates and enters the results.
The admission results will be displayed to the candidate in the “Recruitment Applications” “Zgłoszenia rekrutacyjne” tab on their individual registration account after they are published by the recruitment subcommittees — in accordance with the recruitment schedule.
Documents must be submitted in person (or by a third party – no authorization is required) or placed in an envelope with your name and surname and sent by traditional mail to the Admission Center. The deadlines for submitting documents will be provided on the program page at a later date.
Yes. Candidates who are under 18 must submit, along with the required recruitment documents a statement signed by a parent or guardian.

An entrance exam is a necessary step in the admission process for candidates who hold secondary school certificate that were issued in countries other than those belonging to the EU, EFTA (i.e., Island, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland), OECD, UK, China or Ukraine. The entrance exam allows UniLodz to verify whether your knowledge meets the requirements necessary to undertake studies in the program of your choice at the university level.
The entrance exam takes the form of an online test on the Moodle platform. The test consists of 26 single‑choice questions, each with three answer options.

The candidate may submit a certificate of graduation (available from the dean’s office). A copy of the diploma and the transcript should be added to the recruitment documentation as soon as the diploma is collected from the university (within one month of the diploma examination).
If the documents are issued in a foreign language, they need to be translated into English during the admission if Polish translation is unavailable in the candidate’s home country. Please bear in mind that certificates/diplomas will have to be translated by a sworn translator into Polish after coming to Poland due to Polish law’s requirement.
Every student has the right to apply for a place in a UniLodz dormitory. Candidates who wish to obtain a place are asked to select the appropriate option in the admission system. You will be informed whether you have a place and in which dormitory at the end of August. The cost of accommodation is 600–800 PLN per month, depending on the dormitory. A deposit equal to twice the monthly fee is required upon check-in.
You will receive your student ID card at the beginning of October. To get your UniLodz student ID, contact your Faculty Dean’s Office and collect the physical card there. Please make sure to pay the fee of 22 PLN.
The student ID card has a hologram with an expiry date. Before its expiry, please go to your appropriate Dean’s Office at your Faculty to extend its validity.
International students must have medical insurance for the entire period of their studies in Poland to ensure health care coverage in case of illness or injury. Options include:
