What will you learn?
After completing the workshop, its participants will be able to:
- plan the activities needed to integrate VE into their course,
- justify the benefits of international experience in the curriculum,
- select appropriate tasks, tools and forms of online collaboration,
- solve basic challenges related to implementing VE.
How does participation work?
The workshop consists of two parts:
- Asynchronous preparation (approx. 3 hours) in the Canvas environment – an introduction to VE concepts and an analysis of your own course.
- Synchronous online session (4 hours) – workshop work, exchange of experiences and design of teaching solutions.
The meeting will be held in English and will not be recorded.
Who will lead the workshop?
The workshop will be led by the Community of Learning & Innovation team from Erasmus University Rotterdam. The workshop participants will work alongside educators from UNIC partner universities in Belgium, Croatia, Finland, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden and Turkey.
