1. Modelling Macroeconomics: How Macroeconomists Understand and Predict the World
The course shows how to build macroeconomic models to better understand real world data. The participants will get familiar, among other things, with stochastic growth models, uncertainty modelling as well as models of consumption and income inequality over the life cycle and hand-to-mouth households and propensity to consume models.

2. Econometrics in Nutshell
The course will introduce regression analysis and cover some of the most recent econometric techniques central to modern econometric practice. Students will learn to build models, test statistical hypotheses and work with data in R, a program used in economic analysis

4. Behavioural Economics
The course introduces the main concepts of behavioural economics such as bounded rationality, decision-making under risk and uncertainty, preferences, intertemporal decision-making, attention and information acquisition, as well as behavioural heuristics and biases. Students will also learn about empirical methods used in economic research.
