President of the Management Board and Owner of InnoMentors, gives advice to international organizations in the areas of: strategy, processes, values and internal culture of innovation. Passionate about Design Thinking, agile management methodologies, technology, coaching and personal development mechanisms through conscious and subconscious auto-programming methods.

Previously, since 2006, he was the Managing Director of Poland Solution Centre at Transition Technologies SA. Responsible for the management of the programming, R&D and consulting centre, also operating in Lodz, which provides solutions for the largest industrial corporations in the world. TT employs over 600 people in Poland, it has implemented hundreds of projects on all inhabited continents, for leading companies from the industrial sector, including companies from the following sectors: Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, High-Tech, Healthcare, Energy & Gas.

Previously, as a Branch Director, he was responsible for creating structures and developing the programming and R&D departments, promoting an internal culture of innovation, employee development paths, recruitment processes and operational excellence processes. Previously, as a team leader, software architect and programmer, he created enterprise-class solutions for the largest industrial producers.

MSc in Computer Science at the University of Lodz, Executive MBA at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champain and the University of Warsaw.

Areas of specialisation: Strategic management, business models, motivation systems, culture of innovation in organisations, agile methodologies and process optimisation.
