Krzysztof Garbacz is responsible for the implementation and execution of the Bank's strategy in the area of sales of PKO Bank Polski and the Bank's Group products to retail clients and small, and medium-sized enterprises, achieving significant successes with his team. He manages an extensive network of employees, supporting their professional development, building sales-effective teams.
He has been involved in banking for over 18 years. Throughout this period, he has been working for the largest financial institutions in Poland in managerial positions in various regions of the country. He specializes in managing large sales teams, designing and implementing changes in the organizational and human resources areas aimed at achieving financial and business goals. He has participated many times in the preparation and implementation of strategic projects and pilots.
He is a member of the Economic Council of the Lodzkie Voivodeship, he cooperates in the development of a strategy for supporting innovation and economic development of the region. He has participated in the work on the RSI 2030 Regional Innovation Strategy project, as a member of the Steering Committee.
Krzysztof Garbacz graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz (Banking). He wrote his thesis under the supervision of dr Henryk Mikulski. He is also a graduate of the Pedagogical University in Opole and postgraduate studies at the Kozminski University.
