Wojciech Kryński

President of Ground Frost Sp. z o.o. and Ground Frost Outsourcing Sp. z o.o.

One of the founders and a partner of Ground Frost. He was a member of the Supervisory Board and President of the Audit Committee of PKN Orlen SA.

Wojciech Krynski has many years of experience in the application of international and US accounting principles. He has been involved in international accounting since 1998. He has led numerous projects in Poland, Ukraine, Croatia, Greece, Romania, Ghana and Nigeria and served as an advisor in variouis World Bank projects.

At Ground Frost, he leads the IFRS and US GAAP accounting consultancy, financial modelling and key client relationships. He is responsible for shaping the accounting policies of listed companies and is involved in the creation of contracts that are later reflected in the accounting. Wojciech is also involved in acquisitions and business mergers, where he manages quotes, pre-investment research processes and the preparation of share purchase agreements (SPAs).

Between 2008 and 2016, he was a consultant for the World Bank in the project "Professional Education for Accountants and Statutory Auditors in Poland". Between 2010 and 2016, he served as a President of the Management Board of Field Circle No. 5 of the Social Educational Society.
Wojciech Kryński completed Finance and Banking studies at the University of Lodz, as well as postgraduate studies in Accounting and Financial Management (UL). He is also a member (fellow) of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
