Cross-Cultural Cooperation – Staff Week in Zagreb (UNIC)

We encourage employees of the University of Lodz to take part in the Staff Week "Bridging cultures: Advancing global competence in academia", organised by the UNIC Alliance partner university, the University of Zagreb (Croatia). The training, focused on cultural exchange and multiculturalism, will be held on 3-7 June of the current year.

People participating in the Staff Week will receive training, among other things, in the following areas:

  • cross-cultural collaboration,
  • multicultural team management,
  • effective communication in a multicultural world.
