Organization of work in the area of ​​administrative, financial and economic matters of the Faculty.

Defining the Faculty's needs in terms of renovations and other construction works.

Supervision of contractors during renovations at the Faculty.

Developing periodic plans for equipping the Faculty with equipment, devices and materials.

Developing draft specifications for public procurement in the area of ​​cleaning, security, cloakrooms and participation in tender committees (each time based on the orders of the Chancellor of the University of Lodz).

Ensuring the maintenance of cleanliness, aesthetics and appropriate sanitary conditions in the Faculty building and in the adjacent area, in particular by enforcing the appropriate quality of cleaning performed by external companies or employees of the University of Lodz.

Supervision over the proper keeping of records and liquidation of assets used by the Faculty.

Taking action to ensure safe and hygienic working conditions and protection against fire, explosion and terrorist attack - conducting a trial evacuation.

Carrying out activities aimed at proper waste management.

Organizing access to the Faculty's premises and the area adjacent to the building by third parties or institutions.

Supervision over the functioning of telecommunications at the Faculty.

Ensuring proper circulation, storage and timely distribution of correspondence between subordinate employees and timely submission of

required documents.
