POSITION DESCRIPTION
Perform administrative and clerical activities related to:
- keeping the building clean
- taking care of the technical condition of the building on an ongoing basis
- taking care of the condition of classroom equipment
- maintaining equipment cards for individual rooms
- cooperation with employees of companies providing services to faculty
- making reservations and preparing rooms for the conference - issuing invoices in the Simple program
- entering invoices into the Employee Portal
- preparing specifications for tenders for cleaning and security companies
- handling matters related to student parking
- performing other activities necessary for the proper functioning of the building
