- conducting and reviewing diploma and master's theses;

- training academic staff and supervising their development in the role of assistant supervisor;

- improving one's own professional qualifications in the field of teaching;

ensuring high quality of education and compliance of teaching work with the principles of the internal education quality assurance system;

- performing other teaching duties assigned by one's immediate superior.

Research duties include, among others:

- conducting and participating in scientific research and development work and disseminating the results of scientific or development research;

- actively participating in scientific conferences and seminars in accordance with the rules adopted by the university;

- participating in the commercialisation of research results (patents, protection rights, implementations).

Organisational responsibilities

- work in collegial bodies of the university and in faculty, senate and rector's committees;

- work in competition, recruitment and examination committees.
