I am Assistant Professor in the Department of English Studies in Drama, Theatre and Film at the Institute of English Studies of the University of Lodz. I obtained my PhD from the University of Lodz in 2011 with a dissertation on the micro- and macropolitical dimensions of Harold Pinter’s work. My academic interests include modern and contemporary British and American drama, political theatre, the language of modern drama, as well as glottodidactics.

2023 – Present: BA Practical English – Receptive Skills course coordinator

2020 – 2022: Tutor in the implementation project “Masters of Didactics” under the “Knowledge, Education, Development” Operational Program (PO WER)

2018 – Present: Serving as a Mentor within the University of Lodz educational excellence program “Zdolny uczeń—świetny student”

2015 – Present: Coordinating the didactic and academic cooperation between the Institute of English Studies and secondary schools in the Łódź region

2012 – Present: Member of the Council of the Institute of English Studies

2012 – 2020: Practical English course coordinator for part-time (extramural) 2-year MA studies at the Institute of English Studies
