As of 1 May 2026, when logging in to Microsoft 365 services from abroad – such as email, Teams, OneDrive, or USOSWeb – you will need to provide additional identity verification as part of MFA. This measure enhances account security and better protects the University of Lodz’s data and resources against hacking attempts and phishing scams. In Poland, the login process remains unchanged. Those who have not yet enabled MFA should do so in advance.

How do I enable MFA?
- Fill in the form.

- Download the Microsoft Authenticator app (Android/iOS) or choose SMS as an additional code.
