Prof. Simeon-Fayomi is a renowned researcher and expert in adult education, entrepreneurship education for young adults, storytelling and creative teaching methods based on arts and intercultural dialogue. For years, she has cooperated with numerous European universities, including those in Italy and Germany, actively promoting the concept of lifelong learning and international academic cooperation.
