Agnieszka Józwik-Pastryk

She graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz. She has also completed postgraduate studies in Logistics Management at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and Social Psychology in Organisation Development Management at the SWPS in Warsaw.

Since the beginning of her career, she has been associated with international corporations in the logistics industry. She started in the sales department and was involved in the management of the sales team, domestic product and strategic customer service processes at Schenker.

She obtained her ICC coaching certification in 2006 and her experience in this field has mainly focused on coaching young/new managers. She is a coach of soft, commercial and managerial skills. In 2007 she moved, in line with her interests, from the commercial/marketing structures to the human resources policy team, where she was responsible for internal communication and created and led the Skills Academy.
Since February 2009, she has pursued her passions and interests as an HR Director at Dachser Sp. z o.o. Among other things, she was responsible for creating and implementing staff development strategies in Poland, as well as designing and overseeing the implementation and operation of HRM systems that support the achievement of the business objectives of the Polish organisation of global logistics operator. Dachser Sp. z o.o. has more than 350 locations around the world, and employs nearly 300 employees in eight branches in Poland in advanced contract logistics services and international and domestic land, sea and air shipping.

Currently, she holds the position of the Director of Human Resources Management, North-Central Europe.
