Marek Brzeziński

Journalist, Polish Radio correspondent in Paris from 1995 to 2020

From 1995 to 2020, correspondent for Polish Radio in Paris (he recognises this by the growing number of candles on the birthday cakes of his three daughters and son). For more than ten years, July passed by in a flash as he commentated the Tour de France, and winter was passes with everything covered in snow, on the slopes where French skiers chase each other with varying degrees of success.

He was a professor at the Schiller University in Paris for 21 years, where he taught psychology and cultural anthropology. He is an English and psychology specialist (University of Lodz), doctor of humanities (University of Gdansk), graduate of the prestigious culinary academy Le Cordon Bleu.

For more than 20 years he had worked at Radio France Internationale, and before that at the BBC and Radio for You in Chicago. He has written reports from his travels in Europe for Voyage, Rzeczpospolita and Twój Styl, as well as the Catholic Voice published in Paris.

Author of the book on Nicolas Sarkozy – "Politician and Media Star". Father of four children. Loves to cook and eat!

Contributor to Radio 357 and Deutsche Welle since 2020. Columnist for Angora and W Drodze, lecturer at the University of Lodz.
