The aim of the Chemistry Europe grant is to build global research networks and help young scientists advance their careers through international cooperation. Eligible candidates must hold a PhD degree, be a member of Chemistry Europe, have a strong scientific record and plan to conduct research in another country.
In her application, Dr Barbara Burnat presented a broad and very well-justified research plan that will be carried out in cooperation with scientists from the Technical University of Liberec (The Czech Republic).
Chemistry Europe, which was founded in 1995, brings together 16 chemical societies from 15 European countries. It publishes high-quality scientific journals in chemistry (published by Wiley-VCH), covering a wide range of disciplines.
We would like to offer our sincere congratulations to Dr Burnat and wish continued success!
