Student projects – the future of the University of Lodz

Science is based on innovation, courage and passion for asking difficult questions and searching for the answers. They are implemented through a continuous dialogue between different generations of researchers. Student scientific projects open a space for such discussion and exchange. Almost nine years of experience of Student Research Grants at the University of Lodz proves how important involvement in the scientific work of our students is for the development of the university's research potential.

Thanks to student research projects, young aspiring scientists can not only put their acquired knowledge into practice, but also actively use the research infrastructure of the University of Lodz and cooperate with our best researchers.

How to start your scientific adventure?

Every journey requires setting a destination, developing a plan and preparing for any unforeseen events. During the training sessions, students will learn how to organise their projects using tools available at the University of Lodz, learn what "mysterious islands" are and create their own mind maps.
