Students of the 27th MBA edition concluded their programme with a defense of projects prepared by seven teams. For four months, they developed a strategy for Terra Hexen Sp. z o.o. under the slogan:
“Strategy for the Deployment of the Unmanned UGV HEXA 300 Platform on the Polish Market”.
The carried-out projects went far beyond academic analyses. Participants developed comprehensive market entry strategies that considered technological conditions, regulatory security issues and the specifics of dual-use solutions. The project required not only managerial expertise but also the ability to combine diverse professional experiences, make decisions under uncertainty and think strategically in a dynamic business environment.
The projects were assessed by a jury composed of:
- Dr Dominika Kaczorowska-Spychalska, Associate professor at the University of Lodz
- Dominik Goss
- Robert Fintak, MBA
The level of the presentations and accompanying discussions was exceptionally high, demonstrating both the strategic maturity of the participants and their ability to defend their assumptions under the pressure of demanding questions.
This year's winner was the team composed of Wiktor Grabarczyk, Agata Kolczyńska (Grabowska), Piotr Nowak and Adriana Szczęsna.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the participants who demonstrated creativity, commitment and a willingness to step outside their professional comfort zone.
The Capstone Project has yet again confirmed that MBA studies are not only about developing knowledge and competencies, but above all, about transforming leaders – individuals capable of making decisions in complex, dynamic and ambiguous business environments.
We would like to offer our congratulations to all graduates and are delighted that they are joining the MBA Alumni Club of the Faculty of Management, University of Lodz.
