Stay Calm.
Listen carefully to announcements and follow the instructions of those coordinating the evacuation.

Stop What You Are Doing.
Immediately cease all work or activities.

Secure Your Workstation Only If It Does Not Delay Your Evacuation.
Switch off electrical equipment and close windows.

Proceed to the Emergency Exits.
Use designated evacuation routes. Move promptly, but do not run.

Do Not Use Lifts.
Use stairways only.

Help Others If It Is Safe to Do So.
Assist anyone who may require support.

Do Not Collect Personal Belongings.
Leaving the building quickly is the priority.

Do Not Stop on Evacuation Routes.
Do not obstruct corridors, passageways, or exits.

Close Doors Behind You.
Do not lock them.

Go to the Assembly Point.
Remain there until further instructions are given.

Report Your Presence.
Inform the responsible persons that you are safe.

Do Not Re-enter the Building.
Return only when authorised by the emergency services.

Follow the Instructions of the Emergency Services.

During an evacuation, particular attention should be given to individuals who may require additional support in leaving the building safely, including people with disabilities, older persons, pregnant women and those experiencing temporary mobility or health limitations.

If You Need Assistance During an Evacuation

• Inform the nearest person or the evacuation coordinator about your needs.
• Follow the instructions provided.
• Use designated evacuation routes and safe waiting areas, where available.
• Remain calm and wait for assistance if you are unable to leave the building independently.

If You Are Assisting Another Person

• Ask what kind of assistance they require.
• Do not assume that everyone needs support in the same way.
• Adapt the assistance provided to the individual's needs and capabilities.
• Inform those coordinating the evacuation about any persons requiring assistance.
• Do not put your own safety at risk.
