Ambassador of the ScienceHub project at the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection University of Lodz. Gained experience in managing several dozen commercial projects in medical devices, microbiological diagnostics, dietary supplements, and in vitro and in vivo research industries, which involved acquisition and implementation research in collaboration with domestic and foreign external entities. Head of the research team that is a part of the OsteoRegNET consortium "Multifunctional biologically active composites for applications in regenerative medicine of the skeletal system", which in 2021 received the Award of the Vice-Rector of the University of Lodz "Premies for Grants" for a special activity in obtaining funds for research. Scientist focused on the pathogenesis of infections H. pylori, testing bioactive substances with pro-regenerative, osteoinductive and immunomodulatory effects and testing the safety and effectiveness of biomaterials. Author and co-author of: 9 patent applications, two implementations on the domestic and foreign markets, 62 publications with a total IF = 185. Representative of the University of Lodz and Council Cluster of New Medical Technologies, CEMAT member. National delegate of the international EuroMicroPh network (COST Action 18113). Chairwoman and vice-chairman of national and international scientific/educational conference organizing committees (BSS 2020, MIKROBIOT 2018, MIKROSTUDENT 2017; MeetUp 2019). Academic teacher, supervisor researcher, and supervisor of several dozen master's and bachelor's theses, leading to publications and many times awarded. Completed numerous courses in teaching competencies, communication, and project management (PRINCE2 methodology) and a certified academic tutor. Coordinator of the Masters of Teaching program (ed.4). Consultant and expert in institutions financing implementation research (NCBiR, EMAG, RDSFund, KRSiO). A supporter of interdisciplinary cooperation, implementing research projects, including with the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, the Jagiellonian University, the Krakow University of Technology, the University of Gdańsk, the Łukasiewicz Network Institute, the Lodz University of Technology and others. Privately, a fan of Polish applied art from the 1970s and 1980s, and an enthusiast of traveling and fishing.
