What do we offer?

What does the recruitment process look like?

  • Application – You submit your documents in response to a selected job offer.
  • (Diploma recognition process) – If needed. At this stage you should make sure that your education is recognised in Poland.
  • Interview – If your application is shortlisted, we will invite you for an interview.
  • Recruitment results – Once the process is complete, the selected candidate will be offered a position.
  • Promise of employment – You will receive a promise of employment required e.g. for visa application.
  • Preparing documents – At this stage you should prepare documents necessary in the employment process and to legalise your stay. 
  • Medical examination – You will receive a referral for a mandatory medical check-up.
  • Signing documents – With the medical results, you will visit the University of Lodz Employee Affairs Centre to sign the documents required to prepare your contract.
  • Receiving the contract – Once the contract is signed by the university’s authorised representatives, you will be invited to collect the document.
