Gained experience during stays at the Health Sciences Center of the University of Texas, USA (40 months), the Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, Institutions of the Medical Research Council (MRC) in the UK: the Francis Crick Institute in London (6 months), the Center for Injury and Genome Stability (24 months). Currently, a research assistant professor at the Institute of Medical Biology of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Lodz and the Department of Immunology and Infectious Biology at the University of Lodz. A specialist in research in infection biology, using advanced proteomic and transcriptomic analyzes in his scientific work. Author of numerous scientific publications (H-Index 12, 474 citations, WoS, 10/10/2022). Manager of research grants "Mobility Plus" (Ministry of Science and Higher Education), SONATA, OPUS, SONATA BIS (National Science Center), Young Leader of the research team of the TEAM-NET project (R&D project, Foundation for Polish Science), coordinator of the Polonium project ( National Agency for Academic Exchange).
