I am responsible for developing a coherent and effective system of collaboration around evaluation and personnel processes in the field of research, aimed at enhancing the quality of research activities and the university’s standing. I oversee the work of the Center for Evaluation and Discipline Development, integrating the perspectives of the faculties, university administration, and the academic community, and creating conditions for predictable and efficient operations. I focus on streamlining processes, strengthening relationships and communication among stakeholders, and increasing transparency and accountability in the execution of tasks.

In my role, I support the Rector of the University of Lodz with planning and implementing the university’s development strategy. My responsibilities include coordinating work related to strategy updates, monitoring the achievement of strategic goals and supporting internal strategic communication.

I ensure that university policies and operational activities align with strategic objectives, facilitate collaboration between departments and promote engagement among employees in the life and development of the university. I collaborate closely with internal and external communications teams to develop a clear narrative about the university’s future direction.

My goal is to establish the UŁ strategy as a genuine development tool: one that is clearly communicated, implemented collectively, and that brings visible benefits to the entire academic community.
