POSITION DESCRIPTION
At the Communications and PR Centre I am responsible for internal, management and strategic communication. I coordinate or support those activities which result in the creation and efficient operation of a communication system that provides employees, students and doctoral students with access to the information they need. I implement this challenge together with the team of the Communications and PR Centre as well as specialists from many teams and faculties of the University of Lodz.
BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
I am an expert in communication, employer branding and marketing. My key competencies include creating and implementing integrated communication strategies aimed at achieving organisational business goals. I am passionate about internal communication, employer branding, marketing and strategic consulting. I am interested in artificial intelligence and its use in communication and optimisation of business processes. I understand organisations and business, I respect communities, I care about people and sustainable development. I am creative and brave. What sets me apart is my substantive approach, intuition and empathy. I can find my way in a dynamic world and manage projects in such a way that they are successful despite changing conditions and challenges.
