The 1st application round to the University of Lodz dormitories is open to:
-
the University of Lodz students/doctoral students who have stayed in the UL dormitories in the academic year 2022/2023,
-
the University of Lodz students/doctoral students who apply for accommodation in a dormitory for the first time.
Registration of applications for accommodation in a dormitory takes place exclusively via the Usosweb IT system.
The first round of application registration via Usosweb is open from 1 June 2023 to 12 June 2023.
This applies to the University of Lodz students who in the academic year 2022/2023 are:
- students of the 1st and 2nd years of BA studies,
- students of the 1 year of additional studies,
- students of uniform MA studies up to the 4th year of study,
- doctoral students/participants of the UL doctoral schools.

- to be granted accommodation – choose application for a dormitory (for the UL students and doctoral students who have not stayed in the UL dormitories before and they apply for the accommodation for the first time),
- to reserve accommodation – choose application for a dormitory, then in special conditions mark reservation of accommodation (for the UL students/doctoral students who have stayed in a UL dormitory in the academic year 2022/2023).
Note! We do not require delivering a paper version of the registered application.
Decisions on the allocated place will be visible after you log in to your USOSweb account in the applications tab – section of applications for a dormitory.
Reservation of a place is maintained if the reservation fee is paid by 15 August to the account of the allocated University of Lodz dormitory (the reservation fee does not apply to international students) and if the student is accommodated in a given dormitory by 15 October.
If you decide to resign from the allocated place, you must ensure that the reception desk of this particular UL dormitory is informed (by e-mail and/or by phone) immediately.
Decisions on the allocation of a single room, a room for parents with a child will be made at the end of September this year.
