Second round
- 12–31 August: registration of applications,
- 1–5 September: verification of applications and issuance of a decision on the allocation of a place in the dormitory,
- 6–9 September: those who have received a positive decision confirm their reservation in USOSweb.
Third round
- 6 – 15 September: registration of applications,
- 16 – 19 September: verification of applications and issuance of a decision on the allocation of a place in the dormitory,
- 20 – 22 September: those who have received a positive decision confirm their reservation in USOSweb.
Fourth round
- 20 – 24 September: registration of applications,
- 25 – 27 September: verification of applications and issuance of a decision on the allocation of a place in the dormitory,
- 28 – 30 September: those who have received a positive decision confirm their reservation in USOSweb.
Fifth round
- 1 – 4 October: registration of applications,
- 5 – 7 October: verification of applications and issuance of a decision on the allocation of a place in the dormitory
What you need to do – step by step
1. Enter USOSweb and find the tab "for all" → "application for a dormitory in the 2025/2026 academic year".
2. Complete the application on the days available in the current round.
3. Follow the decision in the next few days – you will find out if you have been allocated a place.
4. Confirm your reservation online if you decide to reserve – don't leave it to the last minute!
