Participants are kindly asked to confirm their attendance by filling in an online Registration Form.
Deadline for registration and payment is 10 October 2023. Once the registration form is received, an e-mail with all the necessary payment information will be sent to the participant.
The Confirmation Letter together with the Invoice and Invitation for Visa purposes (if needed) will be sent after the payment process is completed.
