Participants are kindly requested to book their hotel in Lodz.
The Magna Charta Observatory and the University of Lodz cannot provide a hotel booking service.
Booking can be cancelled without any additional fees before the arrival date. This period of cancellation depends on the hotel where the participant books the room.
Room number of each vanue is limited. For this reason, the University of Lodz has made agreements with various hotels, all situated in the city centre, and the special rates are valid only for this event and only if participants mention Magna Charta code at the time of the booking. Those rooms will be available with the special offer until 22 July 2023.
