POSITION DESCRIPTION

I. Conducting current matters related to the functioning of the chancellors' secretariat

1. Keeping a calendar of chancellors' meetings

2. Organizing the day of work

3. Cooperation with the units of the University of Lodz functionally subordinated to chancellors

4. Registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including in the EZD system

5. Preparation of outgoing letters, summaries, tables, reports, etc. for the needs of chancellors based on data received from the units of the University of Lodz

6. Describing the paper version of financial documents regarding the activities of chancellors, asking for an indication of the PPL mode and submitting the described financial documents to the Main Chancellery

7. Registration of the Chancellor's orders in the Lex Own Records Database

8. Maintaining the Control Book at the University

9. Keeping records and preparing contracts for the use of private cars for official purposes

10. Performing other tasks assigned by the chancellor, his deputies and the director of the Rector's Office
