I coordinate the use of research infrastructure, ensure the technical condition of the laboratory, support staff and PhD students in selecting research methods and operating equipment, and collaborate with other scientific and administrative units. I am also involved in science communication, preparing presentations and workshops for nationwide events. In addition, I have experience in securing and managing research grants as well as handling laboratory procurement.
I carry out scientific and commercial projects in the field of biophysical characterization of nanoparticles and in vitro studies. My expertise includes assessing the cytotoxicity and biocompatibility of nanomaterials, siRNA transfection, and the application of spectroscopic and microscopic methods. I conduct cell cultures, analyze the efficiency of siRNA delivery, and employ cell biology techniques, including viability, proliferation, and apoptosis assays. I also have experience in isolating cellular fractions from whole blood, such as PBMCs, plasma, and erythrocytes, using centrifugation and gradient separation techniques.
