Dr Ada Florentyna Pawlak specialises in the social implications of artificial intelligence and transhumanism. She is an academic lecturer (Psychology and Computer Science, SWPS University; Trendwatching & Future Studies, AGH University of Science and Technology; Human-Machine Collaboration, Business Process Automation, University of Łódź; Business AI at Kozminski University in Warsaw) and a speaker on new technologies. She is the academic director of the postgraduate programme ‘Artificial Intelligence in Business’ at Collegium Da Vinci. She is a researcher at the Centre for Research on Artificial Intelligence and Cybercommunication at the University of Łódź. Associate Researcher at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw. She teaches classes on the anthropology of technology and digital culture, techno-intimacy and human-machine collaboration. Founding member of the Polish Transhumanist Association and organiser of scientific conferences: ‘Transhumanism. Ideas, Strategies, Doubts’. She has published in scientific journals such as Springer, Routledge, and Teksty Drugie. She creates and implements educational and development projects for business. As a technology anthropologist, she is associated with Intiaro, a B2B company that specialises in creating advanced 3D and augmented reality (AR) solutions. She is a lover of the Vistula River, literature and activities in the art@science paradigm.
