Since 2017, Bożena Graczyk has served as Vice President of the Management Board and CFO at ING Bank Śląski S.A.
Before joining ING Bank, she spent many years with KPMG, where in 2001 she became a Partner in the audit and advisory practice for the financial services sector. She held the positions of Director of the Accounting Advisory Services Team and Director of the Financial Risk Management Team.
In 1996–1997, she had the opportunity to work at KPMG Spain, where she participated in the audits of financial institutions.
She is a graduate of the University of Łódź. She completed the Stanford Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, the Executive MBA in International Business jointly delivered by the University of Bristol and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, as well as the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, University of Navarra. She also took part in the Tempus program at the University of Limburg in the Netherlands.
She holds the qualifications of a statutory auditor.
Additionally, since 2023 she has been a Member of the Presidium of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at the Polish Bank Association.
