Bożena Graczyk has served as Vice President of ING Bank Śląski S.A. since 2017. Before joining ING Bank, she spent several years at the KPMG, where she held various roles. She was a Partner in the financial services area, and also served as a Director of the Financial Risk Management Team and a Director of the Accounting Advisory Services Team.
From 1996 to 1997, she had the opportunity to work at the KPMG Spain, where she participated in the financial statements audit of financial institutions.
She holds a master's degree in economics obtained at the University of Lodz. In 1992, she participated in the Tempus program at the University of Limburg. From 1996 to 1997, she studied at the University of Bristol in the UK and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in France, where she completed the Executive MBA in International Business. In 2005, she received a diploma from the Association of Accountants in Poland, earning the qualification of a certified auditor
