A graduate of the University of Łódź, where she studied International Trade. During her studies, she was actively involved in academic life, leading the Student Study of International Knowledge and collaborating with distinguished experts in the field. She was a member of the Student Association of Friends of the United Nations, passed state examinations in English and Russian as well as internal examinations in Italian and Spanish, and completed international internships in Italy and Yugoslavia.

After graduation, she worked at a foreign trade enterprise and then began doctoral studies at the University of Łódź. Since the late 1980s, she has successfully developed educational and training initiatives. She headed the MODUS language school and, in 1993, founded BRITISH CENTRE – one of the largest and most reputable language schools in the region. Under her leadership, the centre has become a market leader and gained the status of an Authorised Cambridge Assessment English Examination Centre.

As a trainer, coach and business advisor, she specialises in entrepreneurship, interpersonal communication and business etiquette. She is also actively engaged in public and local government activities – serving as a Regional Councillor of the Łódź Voivodeship Assembly, Chair of the Committee on Health, Family and Social Policy, and a member of committees on foreign cooperation and regional development. She holds positions in numerous advisory bodies and business councils, including Vice-Chair of the Economic Council of the Łódź Region.

Since 2013, she has been running the Łódź Economic Salon, her original initiative – a series of meetings bringing together entrepreneurs, academics and policymakers. She is an active member of numerous NGOs and professional organisations, including the Polish Chamber of Training Companies, the Łódź Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and Klub 500-Łódź.

She has received numerous awards and honours, including the Bronze Cross of Merit, the titles of Enterprising Woman, Businesswoman of the Year, the Wiosło Biznesu (Business Oar) award, and the Primus Inter Pares distinction.
