Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz in 1973 and completed postgraduate studies in capital company management strategy at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz.
He started his professional career at CIECH-Stomil in Łódź. In 1983-2008, he was a member of the Management Board and since 2003 the CEO of Cebal Tuba SA.
Currently, he is a member of the Management Board of Inter-Mak Sp. z o.o. and a President of the Management Board of Primotex Moda Styl Sp.z o.o. He heads the Supervisory Boards of: Dr Irena Eris SA, LSI Software SA and Bilplast SA.
