In October 2021 Maciej Kulesza joined the PELION group. Over the year 2015-2021, the Financial Director at McCormick Polska SA, a world leader in the production of herbs and spices, owner of the KAMIS brand. First he was responsible for all business in Poland as well as Central and Eastern Europe, in particular for the area of commercial finance. Later, he has created the EMEA Supply Chain Finance Centre of Excellence – a financial team supervising the entire EMEA supply chain finance.
Previously, Maciej Kulesza worked in Procter & Gamble as a Customer Team Finance Manager responsible for the traditional market and discount stores. In P&G, he also gained experience as an internal auditor and head of the supply chain controlling team at the largest Gillette factory in the world.
A graduate of the University of Lodz in the field of Management Accounting/Controlling and a member of ACCA and IIA.
