Magdalena Kowalska is an experienced leader with over 15 years of international experience, mainly in the BPO/SSC/GBS financial sector.
She began her career at the Philips/Infosys Shared Services Centre. She currently holds the position of Head of Finance Operations with a team of over 100 people at Primient Polska, responsible for global processes within the centre of excellence (P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, CoE, FP&A, SG&A, Procurement, ISIT, HR). Previously, she held key roles at Tate & Lyle, Conduent and Infosys BPO, where she was responsible for developing operational structures, managing teams during transformation phases and building customer relationships. She specialises in strategic planning, system implementation and people development. She is focused on continuous improvement, automation and process simplification. She is valued for her effective communication, coaching management style and unwavering integrity. She is invited as an expert to speak at prestigious conferences and panel discussions.
Magdalena Kowalska graduated in Accounting and Financial Management from the Faculty of Management at the University of Łódź.
