Małgorzata Janiszewska

Małgorzata Janiszewska is an experienced finance leader whose career exemplifies consistent growth in an international business environment. She graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Łódź, specialising in corporate finance management and accounting. While still a student, she received a scholarship and obtained a certificate from the Ministry of Finance authorising her to provide bookkeeping services.

He currently serves as Group Controller and Member of the Management Board of Flint Group Polska, responsible for overall supervision of the company's financial functions, teams of financial directors in the regions and the Shared Services Centre in Łódź. He manages financial reporting and consolidation processes, ensures compliance with international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and develops internal control and risk management systems. He pays particular attention to the continuous improvement of processes and building a culture of efficiency and responsibility within the organisation.

Before joining Flint Group, she spent many years working for Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), Conduent, Infosys BPO Poland and Deloitte. At Signify, she built and developed the Finance Services Centre in Łódź, focusing on operational excellence, process automation and the implementation of a lean culture. At Infosys, she successfully led global financial operations, serving clients in over 30 countries, and at Deloitte, she gained experience in auditing and internal control.
Throughout her career, she has implemented numerous transformation projects, right-shoring models, lean programmes and Great Place to Work initiatives. She is a proponent of values-based leadership and talent development, and her teams have repeatedly achieved above-average results in customer satisfaction, employee engagement and generating measurable value for the organisation.
Connected with Łódź since the beginning of her career, she proudly represents the community of graduates of the University of Łódź, emphasising the importance of a solid academic foundation in building an international professional career.
