A graduate in Economics and Organisation of Construction and Investment from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź. She completed postgraduate studies in Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics, Management Accounting and Controlling at the Faculty of Management of the University of Łódź, Business Psychology for Managers at Kozminski University in Warsaw, as well as a two-year professional course for chief accountants organised by the Accountants Association in Poland. With the aim of developing effective team management methods by strengthening the substantive potential of each employee, while maintaining mutual respect and collegial relations, she completed the Leaders Academy in Łódź and NLP Practitioner training at the Polish NLP Academy.
She began her professional career in the banking sector, holding positions such as Banking Advisor, Head of the Accounting Department, and Head of the Sales and Corporate Client Cooperation Department. The practical experience gained in corporate banking was subsequently applied in her roles as Director of the Treasury/Insurance Department and Director of the Administration Department at PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A.She co-participated in the formal and legal consolidation process of twelve companies within the Conventional Power Generation segment, including power plants, lignite mines and combined heat and power plants.She served as Manager of the innovative operational cash management project (Cash Management) for the PGE Capital Group, Chair of the Team for Financing the Construction of the Power Plant in Puławy (in cooperation with Zakłady Azotowe “Puławy” S.A.), and Member of the Team for Financing the Construction of Power Units 5 and 6 at the PGE GiEK S.A. branch in Opole (approx. PLN 12 billion).
As part of her responsibilities, she successfully led the centralisation of all functions in the areas of finance, EU and state aid funds, and property insurance across 12 branches of PGE GiEK S.A., and secured approximately PLN 1.2 billion in non-repayable support funds for the company, with no financial corrections. She also cooperated on the gas-fired combined cycle power plant construction project at the PGE GiEK S.A. branch in Dolna Odra.
