Olgierd Cygan – a business transformation strategist and growth architect, advising senior management on AI and operational models.
He has been involved in the development of the digital market and business transformation in Poland and Central Europe for over 25 years. He began his career at one of the first interactive agencies in Poland, and in 1999 he founded Digital One – one of the pioneering digital agencies.
In 2005, he led its integration with Euro RSCG (now Havas), and subsequently redeveloped the company as an independent entity. In 2015, Digital One was acquired by Deloitte, marking the launch of Deloitte Digital in Central Europe, where he held management roles and helped shape the organisation’s development both regionally and globally.
He is currently the founder of Future.Company – a boutique consultancy supporting companies in business model transformation, digital commerce development and the use of artificial intelligence.
Co-founder of Smart Engine and initiator of Filmteractive – an international event dedicated to the digital transformation of the creative industries, which brings together business, technology and the creative sector, based on the premise that the modern economy needs innovation, and that innovation cannot exist without creativity.
Currently associated with the Chamber of Digital Economy; previously on the boards of IAB Polska and SAR, a member of BCMA and a juror for the Advertising Council.
Recipient of the IAB Polska ‘Person of the Year’ title and the Media Marketing Polska ‘Industry Educator’ award.
