Graduate of the University of Lodz, Faculty of Law and Administration (major: Business Administration) (2006), completed postgraduate studies "Organisational Coaching and Mentoring" at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology, University of Lodz (2014).

He started his career in 2007 working for Unisys Ltd in England as an operations employee. After 1.5 years he was promoted to a specialist position in the pensions department. At the beginning of 2011, he was hired by Barclays Bank Plc as a Senior Pensions Specialist, specialising in transfers of funds accumulated on occupational pension funds. At the end of 2012, he returned to Poland to continue his career as an Analyst in the Production Materials Purchasing Department at BSH sprzęt gospodarstwa domowego sp. z o.o. in Łódź.

From 2013 to 2021, he worked at Nordea. He worked at ING Hubs Poland from 2021 to 2025 as a Circle Lead in the Transaction Monitoring Optimisation Investigations Pillar.
