Since 1 April 2010 Renata Sima has held the position of General Manager of Outsourcing Services of HP in Global e-Business Operations Sp z o. o. in Wrocław, and since mid-2012 she has also held the position of Director of the Hewlett-Packard Global Business Center in Łódź. She has many years of experience in finance, accounting, HR and management, as well as business optimisation methods and quality management. She joined HP in 2005, taking up the position of Operational Manager in the control department. She was soon entrusted with the responsibility of handling Nestle's first major client, and from 2009 she oversaw the HRO (Human Resources Outsourcing) activities. During this period, she managed 360 people handling processes for 33 countries in Europe.
From 2002 to 2005, she worked as EMEA Quality Lead at General Electric Power Controls. Prior to that, she spent 10 years managing finance and accounting at Juki Corporation, a Japanese company, where she was responsible, among other things, for reporting according to the European standards (MSSR), as well as HR and administration.
Renata Sima is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Lodz, where she also completed Postgraduate Studies in Accounting and Finance Management. She holds a quality management certificate Six Sigma Finance Black Belt. She specialises in such areas as: finance, accounting, outsourcing, human resources management, negotiations, optimisation and transformation of business processes, Six Sigma.
