Entrepreneur in the hospitality and food service industry, operating his own restaurants and a holiday resort. He is also an experienced executive with an extensive professional background gained in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Shared Services sectors.
He worked, among others, for Deloitte-Touche and the Pelion Capital Group, initially as an Internal Auditor at PGF S.A., and subsequently as Vice President of Finance at UAB NFG in Lithuania. Between 2008 and 2013, he was associated with Genpact, one of the world's leading BPO providers, where he managed the company's offices in Poland and the Czech Republic. From 2014 to 2017, he served as President of the Management Board of Business Support Solutions S.A. In early 2018, he assumed the position of Director of the BPO Competence Center at Sii Poland.
A Certified Auditor and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), he also participated in the prestigious ACCA program. He is the author of numerous publications on the outsourcing and shared services market.
