Poland is considered one of the more affordable countries in the European Union. The cost of living is relatively low compared to Western Europe, while the quality of life remains high. This makes Poland – and cities like Lodz – a popular destination for international students, researchers, and professionals.

Below is an overview of average monthly expenses for a single person living in Poland. Please note that actual costs may vary depending on lifestyle, accommodation type, and city of residence.
