Dodatkowa tura składania wniosków o stypendia rektora

An additional round of applications for the Rector's scholarship for the summer semester of the academic year 2023/2024 opens between 5-7 March 2024. The call for applications applies to female and male students in the study programmes listed below.

The University of Lodz Social Affairs Centre for Students and Doctoral Students and the University of Lodz Committee for Student Scholarships and Social Affairs would like to inform that that from 9:00 a.m. on 5 March 2024 until 11:59 p.m. on 7 March 2024 an additional round of submitting applications for the Rector's scholarship will be open for the following study programmes:

  • Space Management at the Faculty of Geographical Sciences (8 scholarships to be awarded)
  • Forestry – University of Lodz Branch in Tomaszów Mazowiecki (5 scholarships to be awarded)
  • IT at the Faculty of Physics and Applied Informatics (28 scholarships to be awarded)
  • Data Analysis at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science (6 scholarships to be awarded)
  • Materials Chemistry and Nanotechnology at the Faculty of Chemistry (2 scholarships to be awarded)

Schedule of the call:

  1. Registration of applications via the USOSweb platform only from 5 March 2024, 9:00 a.m. to 7 March 2024, 11:59 p.m. and printing registered applications and submitting them in a paper form to the relevant Dean's Office by 8 March 2024.
  2. 11 March 2024 – creating ranking lists (an alphabetical list divided into study programmes, without division into years, mode and form of studies)
  3. 12 March 2024 – sending ready ranking lists to the Social Affairs Centre for Students and Doctoral Students
  4. 13-15 March 2024 – work of the University of Lodz Committee for Student Scholarships and Social Affairs.

The applications should be submitted via the USOSweb platform between 5-7 March 2024.

The printed and signed applications must be delivered no later than 10 March this year to the relevant Dean's Office.


Note!

The call for applications does not apply to those who receive the Rector's scholarship in the academic year 2023/2024 and those studying in the first year of BA studies.

DThe additional round will be launched because people studying in these study programmes have completed their studies (3.5-year engineering or 1.5-year studies), and therefore, there are additional places left in the summer semester in the academic year 2023/2024.

 Individuals whose applications are qualified for the scholarship will receive benefits on 27 March 2024.
