Event Agenda. What Awaits You on 23 October?
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. | Future Lab – future skills do not only become important once you enter the job market. They are useful right now, when you are choosing your next step, working in a group, learning under pressure, speaking in front of others or trying to understand what genuinely interests you. In this part of the programme, we will talk about decision-making, resilience and agency, with practical references to school, university, first projects and planning for the future.
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. | Digital Wellbeing – how can you stay focused when everything around you is competing for your attention? How can you protect your privacy, recognise manipulation and use technology in a way that supports your digital wellbeing rather than taking control of your sleep, mood and concentration? This session offers a practical look at digital habits that help you use online tools more safely, consciously and on your own terms.
12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. | AI Playground – you will see how AI is transforming learning, work, creativity and everyday decision-making, but also where the role of tools ends and your own thinking begins. This session is about curiosity, agency, asking better questions and solving problems that do not have ready-made answers. The future will not belong to those who simply use AI, but to those who know how to use it consciously.
Participation in the event is free of charge. Details can be found on the conference website.
